Europe
Build Shipsy’s enterprise business in Europe. You own the relationship with the operations and supply chain leaders of the region’s largest logistics, retail, FMCG and manufacturing companies, from the first conversation to a signed, multi-year commitment.
Shipsy runs the logistics operations of some of the world’s largest enterprises, including Aramex, DPD, Heineken, Post Luxembourg and Qatar Post. These customers don’t buy a licence. They run their operations on our platform, so every deal we sign is the start of an enterprise-wide transformation.
Europe is one of our priority growth markets. The Account Director owns a set of strategic enterprise accounts in the region and runs each one the way a strong consulting team runs a client: understand how the operation actually works, find where the value is, build the case with the client’s leadership, and structure an agreement both sides want to sign. Recent wins in the region have landed between $800K and $1.2M ARR.
The role suits someone who has spent years advising operations and supply chain leaders and now wants to own a commercial number and a market.
You report to our Vice President, Sales, Europe, and work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and global leadership on market entry and account strategy. You partner with our solutions, marketing and delivery teams to take customers from first conversation to signed deal and into deployment.
The role is based in Europe, with regular travel to client sites across the region. Our European office is in Amsterdam.
Shipsy is the logistics platform behind some of the largest enterprise supply chains in the world. Carriers, post and parcel operators, retailers, and FMCG companies use us to plan dispatch, run operations, settle invoices, and handle exceptions at global scale.
Where we are going. Most enterprise logistics still runs on spreadsheets, legacy ERPs, and tribal knowledge. We are replacing that with software that uses AI where it actually helps. Logistics is a multi-trillion-dollar industry that has been under-served by software for decades. We are changing that.

Trajectory. 50x revenue growth since 2020. Building toward $100M ARR and a public listing.
We are still a startup. Our real scale-up began in 2020, and we have grown 50x since. Early enough that every senior hire shapes the next decade of the business. You are not joining a steady-state organisation with everything figured out. You will build the playbook, lead the team, and own the outcome, with the speed and agency of a startup and the scale of customers most startups never touch.
