Lead how Shipsy’s platform builds out for one industry, in one region. You own how every enterprise in your scope runs on Shipsy, and you own how the platform’s solution for your industry keeps building out as new use cases land.
Shipsy runs the logistics operations of some of the world’s largest enterprises — Aramex, DPD, Heineken, Coca-Cola, LATAM Cargo. These customers don’t buy a licence; they run their operations on our platform. Going live with Shipsy is an enterprise-wide transformation, not a software install.
The Senior Director, Customer Solutions sits at the intersection of an industry and a region. The platform exists. Your job is to enhance it for the use cases of your industry. You own customer deployments in your scope, and you own how Shipsy’s platform keeps building out for that vertical. Capability gaps that surface in one customer’s deployment become the next things you drive with engineering and take everywhere across the industry.
This is the senior-most operating role for your industry-and-region scope, with the authority, team, and compensation to match.
You report to our Vice President, Customer Solutions, and lead customer delivery and platform evolution for your industry-and-region scope. You’ll work alongside the regional Sales leader on commercial plans, partner with our product engineering leaders on how the platform builds out for your industry, and sit in our weekly customer review with the CEO.
We are hiring across the industry-region matrix. Each Senior Director is anchored in one industry vertical and one region, based in London, Gurugram, or Singapore. We prefer candidates based in, or willing to relocate to, these hubs.
Shipsy is the logistics platform behind some of the largest enterprise supply chains in the world. Carriers, post and parcel operators, retailers, and FMCG companies use us to plan dispatch, run operations, settle invoices, and handle exceptions at global scale.
Where we are going. Most enterprise logistics still runs on spreadsheets, legacy ERPs, and tribal knowledge. We are replacing that with software that uses AI where it actually helps. Logistics is a multi-trillion-dollar industry that has been under-served by software for decades. We are changing that.
